4th Quarter Reflections
October 6, 2010
4th quarter is here. And no, I’m not talking football. I’m referring to the last three months of 2010. The last three months of the year to scramble and finish delayed internal business projects and all client work before 2011 comes. Of course, 4th quarter is always the busiest as B2B work picks up.
One thing I love about being a copywriting generalist is the opportunity to learn about so many amazing things from each of my client’s businesses. Over the past 9 months, I have written copy about constructing cancer centers, CRM systems, a historic Tennessee landmark, an organic makeup company, cruise ships, toilet paper, exotic cars and more. I have worked for agencies, consultants, Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs and small businesses. I have picked up clients at networking events and via social media avenues like Twitter and YouTube. I have written everything from white papers to case studies to blog posts to SEO website copy and more. I am a very lucky person!
I’d like to congratulate one of my Atlanta-based clients who recently launched a personal finance web application. I know it’s going to be a big success!
This first year has been so incredible but there’s so much left still I wanted to accomplish –wish me luck over the next 90 days!
