Flat Rates
Flat rates are applied about 90% of the time and are typically used with most projects.  It’s the way most of my clients prefer to be billed so they can budget ahead of time.

Like you, I am very protective of my time and money. I won’t waste yours or mine by rewriting a website that already gets the job done. But, if I see major flaws, I will recommend a complete overhaul and will let you know prior to beginning the project.

More Information
Two rounds of revisions (within the original scope of the project) are included.
Discounts can be arranged for multiple projects or a special rate for keeping me on a retainer.
My costs are reasonable and competitive and will vary on the scope of the project. Pricing factors include:

  • The size of the project and amount of copy or content
  • Quantity of background materials provided
  • The amount of independent research required
  • Timeframe of the assignment

Urgent projects are subject to a rush fee.

It is my policy to charge 50% up front before work is started and collect the remaining 50% which is due upon completion of the first draft.

I guarantee you will be more than satisfied and my work will nail the project’s agreed-upon objectives; there will be no surprises as I like to communicate throughout the entire process. Like you, my reputation is very important and I take upholding professional ethics very seriously. So you have nothing to worry about in taking the next step!

I accept checks or credit card payments via PayPal. Whatever method is easiest for you.

Customized Copy and Content Diagnostic Package: $300
For budget-conscious clients who want to enhance and evolve their online presence (and can’t afford my full-scale services), I have developed a package just for you!

So that I can still provide value and individualized advice, this package includes a detailed client questionnaire that relies on your market intelligence (to avoid accumulating my fees and costly hours of research I would normally conduct on my own).

After reviewing your answers, performing a competitive analysis, and holding our consultation, I create a set of recommendations and a workable plan for you to carry out. This fee includes:

  • Up to 2-hour interview to review your client form answers
  • Discuss your business goals and objectives
  • Review your target audience and competitors
  • Discuss your strengths and challenges
  • Analyze your current online presence (website and blog) and marketing collateral. Identify any gaps, inconsistencies, etc.
  • Make recommendations to improve and enhance website copy
  • Identify potential online revenue-generating areas
  • A 30-day, 30-minute follow up conversation to clarify, review changes, etc.
